Truth is every step of your life. Even doubt and fear are truth. Every thing is accepted perfect in the field of truth. Hold this deep acceptance of all things to permeate every cell of your body. (Richard Rudd)

Trust is the magical ingredient that fosters meaningful and strong connections with others. But what happens when trust takes a hit, leaving us feeling hesitant and unsure? Whether it's due to past betrayals or self-doubt, rebuilding trust becomes a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

In my work with clients, I've witnessed how tough it can be when relationships break down or decisions don't go our way. It leaves us vulnerable and filled with self-doubt, questioning our worth and intelligence. This often leads us to seek approval and advice from others, unsure of ourselves.

Just like you, I've made choices that didn't turn out as planned. I trusted financial advisors blindly and suffered significant losses, taking years to rebuild my savings. I also doubted my capabilities in an energy-draining work environment. But remember, there are no "bad" choices. Every decision teaches us valuable lessons, even if they're tough to swallow.

Society loves to pressure us into moulds that don't fit us. However, what truly matters is embracing our uniqueness and owning our voice. Comparing ourselves to others can make us feel inadequate, but success is not a one-size-fits-all concept. Define it on your own terms and let it guide you on your unique path.

So, what's your definition of success?

Is it achieving specific goals, finding joy in the little things, or making a positive impact on others' lives? Whatever it is, own it and let it be your compass towards success!

I always tell my clients, "Be kind to yourself." Self-compassion is crucial in rebuilding trust. Treat yourself as you would treat your best friend - with kindness and understanding. Embrace mistakes as part of life's learning process and grow from the challenges they bring.

Another key to rebuilding trust is self-communication. Listen to your gut and discover your true desires. Honest conversations with ourselves lead to a better understanding of our needs and aspirations. You can try journaling prompts or free writing to put your feelings on paper.

Trust is like taking a leap of faith. It's scary, no doubt, but it's also essential for human relationships and personal growth. Choosing to open up, believe in good intentions, and take chances can lead to incredible possibilities and growth beyond our comfort zones.

Trust is built over time, anchored in reliability, integrity, and consistency. Believe in the good intentions of others and yourself, and watch your connections strengthen.

Let's take this journey one step at a time, knowing we're all in it together.

You've got what it takes!
