The main storylines of the Crown in season 2 is about the relationships between 2 sisters, the Queen and her sister (Margret).
While Princess Margaret has her freedom to live her life, she jealous her sister has all public attention. While the Queen has all the opportunity to shine, she wishes living in a simple and private life.
We always feel other's life better than our own, easier and more glamorous. We see what we want to see and never know what's underneath, specially all the social media, only posting the best look, the beautiful beach and delicious cocktail to you for free every minutes.
We ask WHY it's not me, rather than HOW they do it or WHAT I can learn from it or is it for me ?
The weakness of human being is comparing with others and then judging ourselves as harsh as possible. Even though we have a brilliant ideas but most of time vanished rather than materialised. We complicate our life and create stress.
Everyone has different talents, different life path (or different lesson to learn). No one is the same. While other's look like having an easier life, you haven't seen what s/he go through in the past decade.
After reading Soul plan for myself and others, I deeply feel that life can be very simple.
We accept whatever challenges flow to us, learn from it. At the same time, we spend more time to understand ourselves, our unique gifted rather than keeping up with the Joneses.
Stay in our own lane in the race, eventually you will find what truly fulfilling you.
Every single steps count. Some day is harder than other.
Just remember to embrace your effort which will keep you going.
