  • Meditation: Taking time to quiet the mind and find inner peace allows us to restore the natural flow of energy within us.

  • Play: Engaging in activities that bring us joy and make us feel alive can help shift our energy to a more positive state. It could be anything from pursuing hobbies, spending time in nature, or laughing with loved ones.

  • Kinesiology and hypnosis: These practices can be valuable tools for identifying and releasing energy blockages effectively. They help us delve deeper into our subconscious mind to uncover and address underlying issues.

  • Breathwork: Conscious breathing techniques bring us back to the present moment and help regulate our energy.
