Balancing Energy: Your Gateway to Making Things Happen

Have you ever had fantastic ideas for your work or business but ended up putting them on the back burner, only to later witness someone else thriving with those same concepts ?

Or maybe you've dreamt of traveling or delving deeper into studies but lacked the push to turn those dreams into reality?


That definitely drives us crazy and prevents us from making progress.

Do you want to know what exactly happened to us?

It's all because of your past experiences, particularly the unfinished ones.

These experiences play on a loop in our minds, creating limited beliefs and negative emotions. They serve as proof of failure, either from our own perspective or from the perspectives of those around us. You may wonder why our minds seem so crazy, why they don't support us and let us succeed.


Well, my apologies, but the primary goals of your body and mind are to protect you and prevent you from getting hurt again. It's similar to when you see smoke coming out of a cup and your mind tells you, "This is hot, be careful!"


How we 'Think' is important, but never forget body, mind and spirit are all connected. For my own practice, I also make use my life energy or call it 'Chi' in Chinese medicine, 'Chakra' in Yoga, or simply 'energy', 'life force' in the west. These forces reside within us, intangible compared to the energy we burn playing sports, yet their impact is palpable—feeling drained or having that extra oomph for an additional hour of tennis.


Our inner energy fluctuates with our moods and emotions. Picture this: after a gruelling workday, your kids complain about vegetables at dinner, and suddenly, you find yourself yelling at everyone, even the dog. Internally, our energy gets thrown off, making it near impossible to keep our composure.



Becoming a Master of Manifestation through Balance


Your energy is in constant motion, influenced by our moods, surroundings, and all our past experiences; it's the blueprint of your life. Understanding and channelling it properly empowers you to breathe life into your dreams and confront life's challenges head-on.

 

Balance reigns supreme. It's like riding a bike—maintaining a Yin-Yang or energy balance—not too swift, not too sluggish, not too up high. Cultivating positive emotions and engaging in joyous activities ensure harmony.

Feeling like your dreams are out of reach? Finding that inner balance is key—gliding smoothly on a bike at your own pace. Tune into your feelings, immerse yourself in activities that bring joy.

4. Positive Mindset: Fill your mind with positivity to steer your focus towards your aspirations.

5. Joyful Pursuits: Engage in hobbies that lift your spirits and maintain equilibrium.
