Hey, I'm Meko, your warm and supportive Certified NLP Coach & Kinesiologist. Over the past 3 years, I've had the incredible privilege of guiding men and women on their transformative journeys. My mission has been to help them rewrite old thoughts and patterns, rediscover their true selves, and achieve their deepest desires.

Here's a little secret I want to share with you—I'm not perfect. In fact, like many people, I've faced my fair share of challenges, including depression and anxiety, as I navigated through life. Through my own personal journey, I discovered something amazing—the incredible power of building a healthy relationship with myself. I realized that we all have the power to heal ourselves when we truly understand our needs and learn to communicate them effectively with others. This realization led me to dive into the realms of Kinesiology and NLP coaching.
